Partner Needed for Hospitality Project

I wanted to share something I’ve been working on and I’m looking for the right partner to help take it further.

I’ve just finished building a niche job board for the hospitality industry, called ThirstyJobs. It’s designed to connect bartenders, mixologists, sommeliers, baristas, and hospitality professionals with venues like bars, restaurants, hotels, beach clubs, wine bars, jazz bars, basically anywhere great drinks and good service matter.

The idea is simple and proven. Venues can post jobs for free, with a percentage choosing to upgrade their listings for better visibility, typically in the $99 to $299 range.

Niche job boards have worked for years, but it wasn’t until chatting with a bartender friend that I realized there still isn’t a well known and established job board for the hospitality industry. It’s incredibly fragmented.

I was able to find 900 plus bars in New York alone that are a great fit, and this approach scales city by city around the world.

The market itself is also huge. The global drinks industry is expected to reach nearly $2 trillion by 2030, and luxury hospitality alone is already a $140 billion market and growing.

The product itself is built. What I’m looking for now is a partner or investor to help move things forward, whether that’s hands on or hands off, particularly around:

• Setting up and running email outreach (200-500 venues per day)

• Handling responses and conversations with venues

• Building paid partnerships with drink brands

• Growing the Instagram account, since almost every bar already lives on IG
